Hope the east coasters are all okay after the storm. I know a lot of you lost power so I hope you are all okay.
Any way I went the mall yesterday and found some great deals.
At Nordstrom I found that they were having some sales on shoes but I'm sure the savings will really increase come Thursday when their half-yearly sale goes on. I didn't end up buying anything there because I knew they were having a sale. I then hopped on over to J.Crew. Although they had 30% off all sale items, I didn't see anything that fabulous. They had better things online and since the sale online is over you can't get anything on more sale. I went to Sephora and got L'Occitane Shea Butter Hand Cream and the fresh birthday gift. I like the hand cream and I have used fresh before so I was excited about the birthday gift.
Finally I went to Madewell. I normally am more of a J.Crew girl but Madewell always surprises me. Anyway they too were having 30% off sale items and I found two items. On was a rabbit sweater which was $60 before the sale and the other was a really great find. I have been wanting a pair of brown boots that are similar to my Cole Haan Air Leora boots, which I adore. I didn't find a brown pair of boots at Madewell but I did find the Madewell biker boots in black. Online these boots sell for $248.00 but at the store they were $99.99 before the sale. This was a crazy deal. The shoes were a size 8 and I'm normally a 7 or 7.5 but I figured I can but a heel pad in them.
